However, it has also been identified in diverse locations, including the skin, deep soft tissues, genitourinary system, gastrointestinal tract, and the head and neck region, including the oral cavity. There is no gender predilection for SFT of the oral cavity and it can occur at any age. We herein present a case of SFT on the lower lip of a 19-year-old male patient and describe our diagnostic approach.
